The osteoporosis department at Women’s College Hospital needed a web application to track and complete patient charts and forms on the hospital’s internal network.

✱ THE PROBLEM

Nurses and staff needed to enter patient information quickly between appointments. Doctors needed to find it again as patients checked in and out. A conventional form-heavy system would have added work instead of saving it.

✱ WHAT WE BUILT

We designed the interface with the people who would use it. First we spent time understanding their daily routines, then built the front end and back end around them.

The result is a simple drag-and-drop interface built around a check-in/check-out flow, with no complicated controls to learn.

✱ RESULT

Staff fill in charts and forms online, and doctors pull up what they need at the moment the patient arrives.
