✱ THE PROBLEM
CORCARE’s systems had grown over many years on a mix of different and outdated technology platforms. As we worked on them, we found security issues and several points of failure. Those were costing revenue and frustrating CORCARE’s customers.
✱ WHAT WE BUILT
We wrote a full re-development plan that fixed the architectural problems while keeping, or improving, everything stakeholders relied on. We then replaced the systems piece by piece, so the business kept running throughout.
Today CORCARE runs on the Influx platform, with business rules written for its own workflow, and SMI looks after it day to day.
